| Hobbies: | I used to like taking on the best in business and upending their theories by challenging them financially.
I still do it in all manner of ways and enjoy it.
I like a challenge, even if its just trying to master a particular golf shot or rattle someones religious theories (usually devoid of truth).

The rest of life is boring by comparison.
I no longer pursue the things so-called upwardly mobile people spend their time on.
| | Last reading: | A book on Steve Biko. It's was frightening to learn how insular and colloquial he was in his thinking/worldview and that people admired him for it and pursued him and viewpoints and still do in all manner of idiotic ways.
I generally read biographies and autobiographies to discover what drove people and made them tick.
But I also read around subjects of interest | | Common interests: | Cooking, Gardening / Landscaping, Playing sports, Political interests, Religion / Spiritual, Shopping / Antiques, Travelling |
