| Date me: | Wow, serious question. OK. If I died tomorrow, I would die happy and for the most part, fulfilled. I can honestly say that I have lived. Not many 38 year olds can say that. I have been on either ends of the spectrum, and have learnt, the hard way, what is really important. What matters, what to give importance too, what to value and what to discard. What I can change and what I can control. When to let go, and when to Love. We have all loved, some of us have lost, but I know this, and I will never change this about myself....I love with all my heart, like it�s the first time, I don't allow what ifs, and I don�t carry baggage from previous relationships. They don't serve any greater good. My partner, is my best friend. It�s us versus the world. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I have come to understand the true meaning of love. In English we only have one word for love, yet in the older languages there are as many as 7, describing the different types of love. I especially like the �all encompassing love.� Love truly is unconditional. It does not restrict or bind or try to control. It adds value, grows, accepts and flourishes. True love does not stagnate. It is ever present, it builds and it conquers and does not wane with time. I want a relationship based on trust and respect and want to be treated as I treat you.
