Hobbies: | I like to spin at the gym and play a round of golf every now and then to keep active. I enjoy a social braai with friends, but staying at home with a book or a movie is not uncommon. Other finer things include, theatre performances, bowling, picnic or putt-putt as fun outings. | Hot spots: | I'll tell you later | Sports: | Running, Billiards / Pool, Bowling, Tennis / Racquet sports, Cycling, Dancing, Golf | Favorite things: | It's hard to beat an undercooked steak, but sushi has crept up the ladder of favourite things to eat lately. Generally I tend to eat healthy, but a cheat now and then doesn't hurt.
Dance and rock are the genres of music I'd spend money on, but Afrikaans is not too bad either. If Highveld plays it, then I hate it...aka pop. | Last reading: | Stephan King's Mr. Mercedes | Common interests: | Exercising, Cooking, Book club / Discussion, Coffee and conversation, Dining out, Hobbies and crafts, Movies / Videos, Performing arts, Playing cards, Religion / Spiritual, Shopping / Antiques, Travelling |

Date me: | I'm a Christian first and foremost. I enjoy a braai with friends and a night out on the town as much as the next person, but a weekend at home or visiting family is not unheard of. I am no longer into the party scene and prefer a get-together with a couple of friends. Essentially I'm as far away from asocial as being the life of the party. To be active, I enjoy a round of golf every now and then and also spinning at the gym, usually during the week. Other finer and more simple things, include reading (perhaps a little too much if such a thing exists), going to the movies/theatre, dining out, and some gaming from time to time. | What I want: | For there to be any common ground to start with, she'd have to be Christian as well. Someone with intelligence (not only book smarts), maturity and good conversational skills. A woman that looks after herself, but likes being taken care of too, without worrying that her independence might disappear. The ultimate turn-on is intelligence. |
