I enjoy spending time with animals esp dogs and birds, they ground my soul, they remind me to enjoy the simple things in life.
I love music it quietens the mind and takes you on a journey back in time and reminds you of great times had when you first heard it or it makes new memories! If I could listen to music all day I would so I relish in those moments any chance I get.
